Job Summary

This role is for an Embedded Software Developer to join NDT Global, a leader in ultra-high-tech diagnostic inspection services for the energy sector's pipeline integrity. The developer will be crucial in the new and ongoing development of innovative pipeline diagnostic devices, working closely with prototypes in an international, interdisciplinary development team. Daily tasks involve developing drivers and firmware for inspection tools, focusing on hardware-near software development using C and C++. Key responsibilities also include creating specifications and concepts, documenting results, and commissioning and testing electronic components and complete inspection systems. The ideal candidate must possess a relevant Bachelor's or Master's degree, at least three years of professional experience in embedded software development, proficiency with C/C++ in a multi-processor environment, and strong English skills.
