Job Summary

This role involves the comprehensive development and optimization of high-speed digital boards crucial for modern, high-precision receivers and direction finders. The engineer will manage the entire lifecycle of digital circuits, from component selection, datasheet analysis, and schematic design through to the qualification of prototypes and eventual transfer to serial production. A core responsibility is the design, implementation, and optimization of digital systems on FPGAs, utilizing standard VHDL synthesis tools such as Lattice Diamond, Xilinx Vivado, or Altera Quartus. Day-to-day tasks also include developing Python-based test software for verification processes, creating detailed technical documentation, and collaborating closely with hardware, software, and integration teams. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Electrical Engineering and possesses strong skills in mixed analog/digital design and measurement automation. Completed degree in Electrical and Information Technology or comparable field

Experience

  • Professional experience in applying electronic components and circuit development for mixed analog/digital designs
  • Experience handling measurement equipment for design verification and error analysis
  • Experience with modeling digital systems on FPGAs and VHDL programming (advantageous)
  • Professional experience supporting manufacturing transfer and product maintenance
