This role is for a dedicated IT System Administrator to join the IT department of the Forchheim District Office, offering a permanent, full-time position. The core responsibilities involve acting as the primary contact for First Level Support, addressing technical queries and problems for internal staff. Day-to-day tasks include the installation and configuration of hardware components, providing comprehensive support for various applications and software solutions, and meticulously documenting all support cases. The administrator will also contribute to the analysis and resolution of system disruptions and participate in the optimization of existing IT processes and systems. Key qualifications include a completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration or comparable qualification, practical experience in First Level Support, and solid knowledge of both Windows and Linux environments, complemented by familiarity with virtualization solutions.
