This role requires an experienced Team Lead to manage the IT Service Desk and IT Logistics functions for a leading technology company specializing in rail infrastructure and energy supply in Munich. The primary responsibilities include the technical and disciplinary leadership of both teams, ensuring seamless IT operations, and providing efficient First- and Second-Level user support. The incumbent will be crucial in steering and optimizing logistical processes related to IT hardware and software management, coordinating external service providers, and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs). The ideal candidate must possess a degree in Informatics, Business Informatics, or Logistics, coupled with multi-year experience in IT support or logistics management, and proficiency with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow or Jira).
