Job Summary

This role involves the local construction supervision and site management for complex projects focusing on traffic systems, road construction, civil engineering, and utility infrastructure within the Hamburg region. Day-to-day responsibilities include ensuring adherence to project schedules and budgets through rigorous cost and deadline control, as well as meticulous management of all site documentation. A unique aspect of this position is the expectation to contribute to internal office duties, specifically in acquisition and calculation/cost estimation, offering a blend of field and office work. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent technical qualification (e.g., Road Construction Master, Technician, Certified Foreman) and possesses at least three years of relevant professional experience. Proficiency in standard IT systems, including MS Office and construction management software like Arriba/iTWO, is required, alongside fluent German skills and a Class B driving license.
