Job Summary

This Senior E-Drive Systems Engineer role focuses on developing and implementing technical solutions for advanced energy and large electrical drive systems (up to 100 MW). The successful candidate will be responsible for creating technical specifications based on customer requirements, coordinating commissioning and test runs for variable drive systems, and resolving complex interdisciplinary technical issues throughout project execution. A key part of the role involves managing project risks, coordinating with sub-suppliers and customers globally, and ensuring adherence to international standards like IEC, NEMA, and API. This position requires a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering with a focus on energy and drive technology, coupled with extensive experience (minimum 10 years) in project execution and R&D, specifically involving medium voltage motors, converters, and switchgears.
