Job Summary

This role provides essential administrative and commercial support to the leadership team at the Mannheim location of a leading social enterprise focused on child and youth welfare. Key day-to-day responsibilities include managing commercial topics such as invoicing and accounts receivable (debt management), handling administrative tasks like general correspondence, proofreading, and creating templates. The position also requires coordinating appointments, preparing for various events, and operating the central telephone switchboard. Candidates must possess a completed degree in business administration or economics, a commercial apprenticeship, or an equivalent qualification, coupled with initial professional experience in a similar administrative role. Success in this position requires excellent written and spoken German skills and proficiency in MS Office programs.
