Job Summary

This role offers an exciting opportunity for a career changer (Quereinsteiger) to enter the highly regulated field of pharmaceutical production technology at Aspen Bad Oldesloe GmbH. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting all areas of production, primarily focusing on the operation and setup of packaging lines. Daily tasks include loading and monitoring machinery, performing In-Process Control (IPC) checks, maintaining meticulous documentation, and ensuring all activities comply strictly with GMP standards, quality specifications, and hygiene regulations. This position is highly attractive due to the immediate, permanent employment contract, excellent hourly pay ranging from €18.16 to €26.29, and the supportive team environment. Key requirements include proficiency in written and spoken German and the willingness to work in a demanding full continuous 3-shift model (early, late, and night shifts).
