Job Summary

This role involves training as a Supervisory Officer (Aufsichtsperson) under the German Social Code VII, focusing on occupational safety and prevention within a public law corporation. The successful candidate will advise member companies on all aspects of workplace safety and health, monitor compliance measures to prevent accidents and occupational diseases, and investigate accident causes to derive preventative strategies. A key part of the job includes developing and conducting seminars for internal multipliers. Candidates must hold a degree in Engineering or Natural Sciences and possess at least two years of relevant professional experience. The position requires strong communication and persuasive skills, excellent German proficiency, and a willingness to undertake multi-day business trips across the Mid-South region (Frankfurt/Main and Munich locations, covering five German states).
