This role is for an IT Service Desk Employee who will serve as the primary point of contact for all user inquiries and incident reports. Additionally, the role involves escalating complex issues to 2nd level IT experts. This position is ideal for someone with an IT background, strong problem-solving skills, and a customer-oriented approach, thriving in a dynamic support environment.
Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist, Systems Electronics Technician, or IT Systems Management Assistant; cross-entry possible
