Job Summary

This role involves acting as the crucial link between the MDR IT department and internal user areas, serving as the primary contact for internal operations and project work. The consultant will be responsible for the internal marketing of the IT product portfolio across MDR and coordinating interfaces between users and IT service providers. Key duties include advising users, determining requirements for new and existing solutions, and holding technical responsibility as a Product Owner for the Unified Communication & Collaboration platform, specifically focusing on Microsoft 365. The position requires managing external service providers (2nd and 3rd level support) and actively participating in ARD working groups. Candidates must possess strong knowledge of the Microsoft 365 platform from both a user and technical perspective, along with excellent German language skills (C1). This is a full-time, permanent position based in Leipzig, offering the opportunity to actively shape the organization's working environment.
