Job Summary

This role involves the setup and ongoing development of the NextPIM system, serving as a central platform for product information management within a growing family-owned wholesale company. Key responsibilities include analyzing and optimizing existing product data structures, developing efficient data models in NextPIM, and ensuring data consistency through close collaboration with Product Management, Marketing, and Purchasing departments. The specialist will coordinate with the NextPIM software vendor and external service providers, integrate NextPIM into the existing IT landscape (ERP, Webshop), and conduct data migrations and quality assurance measures. The ideal candidate possesses experience with PIM systems, strong knowledge of data modeling, and practical skills in interface management (API, XML, JSON). This is a permanent position offering long-term prospects, flexible working hours, and the opportunity for approximately 60% remote work, allowing the specialist to significantly shape a central digitalization project.
