Job Summary

This critical role involves leading the Electrical and Building Technology department for a major international safety and quality service provider. The successful candidate will be responsible for the disciplinary and technical leadership of the team, fostering their motivation and professional development, and ensuring cross-functional collaboration within the branch office. Day-to-day duties include independently executing recurring inspections, new acceptances, and expert reports, as well as serving as project lead for large-scale projects. A core focus is on operative business development, actively acquiring new customers in partnership with the sales team, and introducing new products and services in collaboration with central technical departments. You must hold a degree in Electrical or Supply Engineering and possess strong commercial acumen, practical experience in quotation calculation, order processing, and proven strengths-based leadership.
