Job Summary

This position requires a dedicated Bioprocess Scientist to manage Upstream Processing (USP) production projects for biopharmaceutical active ingredients across the entire product lifecycle. Working closely with the Process Lead, you will be responsible for planning and controlling manufacturing processes, specifically focusing on the cultivation and monitoring of animal cell lines in large-volume bioreactors. Key day-to-day activities include actively participating in internal and external technology transfers, evaluating production data, performing deviation analyses, and implementing Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs) to drive continuous process improvement. Candidates must possess a degree in Biotechnology, Biology, or Biochemistry, coupled with 5+ years of industry experience as a subject matter expert in USP and a deep understanding of GMP regulations.
