Job Summary

This full-time role as a Mechatronics Technician, operating in shift work within the microelectronics sector of a renowned automotive company in Nuremberg, focuses on ensuring smooth production processes. The technician will be responsible for proactively identifying the root causes of faults within the manufacturing line. A core part of the role involves initiating and integrating necessary change processes in production, requiring close coordination with management and other departments to ensure effective error resolution. Success requires mandatory knowledge of manufacturing processes and practical experience utilizing analysis software for diagnostics. Ideal candidates hold a qualification as an Electrician or Mechatronics Technician, potentially supplemented by further training as an Industrial Master Craftsman, and possess a strong microelectronic background. This position offers above-tariff pay, holiday and Christmas bonuses, and the chance for permanent takeover by the client.
