Job Summary

This exciting opportunity seeks a proactive and results-oriented Commercial Engineer specializing in Heat Treatment technology. The core responsibility involves structured planning and implementation of sales and marketing strategies across the Central European region, focusing heavily on new client acquisition and nurturing existing relationships. Day-to-day tasks include continuous market monitoring, analyzing customer needs, and collaborating internally to elaborate compelling technical offers. A key aspect of the role is maintaining up-to-date client and project data within the CRM system. Due to the regional focus, this position requires significant professional travel, exceeding 50% of working time, alongside organizing and participating in trade fairs. Candidates should possess a technical and/or commercial degree, ideally in heat treatment or equipment construction, coupled with fluency in both English and French. Experience in heat treatment is a strong asset, as are excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
