Job Summary

As the Manager of Operational System Control, you will be at the heart of ensuring the stability and safety of energy networks. Your daily responsibilities will include reviewing planned measures, developing switching concepts for projects, and executing switching operations, including Redispatch. You'll maintain data within the network control system and supporting tools like PowerFactory, ensuring smooth network modification processes. A critical part of your role involves proactive identification of operational deviations, initiating fault investigations, and managing the restoration of electricity, gas, water, and heating networks, including gas dispatching. You will serve as a key contact for network customers, handling fault reports and technical inquiries. This role requires strong crisis management skills, coordinating responses during major outages, and contributing to emergency and crisis management efforts. You will also oversee shift transitions, support training, and manage special tasks related to network security for electricity and gas. This is a vital role for someone with a strong technical background in energy systems, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to perform under pressure in a shift-based environment.
