Job Summary

This role involves joining agile, interdisciplinary teams focused on digital transformation and Artificial Intelligence projects. The Machine Learning Engineer will own the entire development lifecycle, from initial concept and technical evaluation through to implementation and rollout. Key responsibilities include analyzing customer data landscapes and business models, conceptualizing and developing complex analyses, algorithms, and complete Machine Learning pipelines. A core component of the role is providing technical leadership and coaching to Data Science colleagues, ensuring structured communication and complexity reduction when translating technical work to stakeholders. Candidates must possess a strong background in Statistics and ML, coupled with at least three years of professional experience leading projects.
