Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Mechanical Design Engineer to join Daetwyler Graphics AG, a leader in developing and distributing specialized prepress equipment for gravure and flexographic printing. You will take independent constructive responsibility for specific machine types within the Engineering department. Day-to-day tasks involve the autonomous maintenance and refinement of machine designs, including creating and managing manufacturing and assembly drawings using Autodesk Inventor. A core function is implementing design changes in close collaboration with assembly, service, and purchasing teams. You will also be responsible for creating customer-specific parts lists alongside technical sales and developing tailored design solutions for clients. This role is ideal for a proactive and flexible professional with experience in general mechanical engineering design, offering collaboration in a highly motivated, practical, and internationally oriented team environment.
