Job Summary

This role involves providing essential IT support and device administration for on-board computer systems and sales infrastructure across multiple regional bus companies in Northern Germany. The Device Administrator will be responsible for the management and maintenance of the on-board computer backend systems, including the crucial tasks of supplying and retrieving data from vehicle IT systems and on-board computers. Key daily activities include monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving issues related to vehicle IT infrastructure, servers, and interfaces, as well as supporting the Intermodal Transport Control System (ITCS). The ideal candidate will have relevant professional training or initial experience, specific knowledge of backend systems like Atron and Zelisko, and strong MS Office skills.
