Job Summary

This role is for a Senior Professional Product Manager specializing in IT Asset Management (ITAM) within the IT System House of the Federal Employment Agency. The core focus involves the strategic development and architecture of ITAM products, processes, and services, particularly driving the migration of Software Asset Management (SAM) to ServiceNow. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating product development teams, analyzing and prioritizing user requirements, managing the complete product lifecycle (including monitoring software contracts), and ensuring effective stakeholder management, including handling license reviews and audits.
