Job Summary

This role seeks a Development Engineer specializing in the design and construction of innovative accessory components for commercial combi-steamers. Daily responsibilities involve constructing functional prototypes and demonstrators, conducting rigorous verification tests in the laboratory to confirm functionality and suitability for mass production, and managing comprehensive endurance testing, including design, setup, evaluation, and result interpretation. The engineer is also responsible for supporting existing series products and independently implementing product modifications through established internal change processes. Candidates must possess a completed technical degree and professional experience in the development and design of mechanical assemblies, coupled with expertise in test design and execution. Proficiency with CAD systems (ideally Creo Parametric), PLM systems, and databases is essential.
