Job Summary

This role is ideal for a professional passionate about connected vehicle technologies seeking a challenging position in technical support within the innovative automotive digitalization sector. As the Connectivity Support Specialist, you will manage the OLU Support Hotline and NPM Support, serving as the primary contact for customer inquiries, performing initial validation, analysis, and documentation (First Contact), and escalating issues to 2nd level support when necessary. A core responsibility involves proactively monitoring systems to detect anomalies and initiating troubleshooting processes independently, often before formal tickets are generated. You will be instrumental in maintaining the organizational knowledge base by creating and updating articles based on operational insights, and generating performance reports using defined KPIs. The specialist is expected to actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives for support processes and tools, utilizing structured methods like the 8D methodology for detailed fault analysis and coordination of escalation processes. Required Skills

Education

Completed degree in Business Informatics, IT, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Vehicle Technology, or comparable qualification.

Experience

  • Experience in technical support (1st or 2nd Level)
  • Professional experience, ideally in the automotive or IT service environment
  • Experience using support systems and ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow, JIRA or similar)
  • Experience collaborating with various support levels (1st-3rd) and interdisciplinary teams
