Job Summary

This pivotal role in Kassel, a key German industrial location focusing on high-tech engineering, involves leading a team of requirements managers for a globally operating company. The successful candidate will drive the continuous development and standardization of Requirement Management (RM) processes, ensuring precise implementation of technical requirements from concept to product. Day-to-day tasks include team leadership, conducting internal training, optimizing documentation, and managing data exchange and access rights with external partners. A core responsibility is actively supporting the implementation of ALM and PLM traceability across projects. This position requires a blend of technical expertise, strong IT competence, and proven leadership skills to act as the critical interface between development, IT, and project management, securing the success and quality of complex systems.
