Job Summary

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a Senior Private Banker focused on the high-growth GCC region (Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, KSA, UAE). The successful candidate will operate as a "Hunter," proactively building and managing a substantial portfolio of High Net Worth (HNWI) and Ultra High Net Worth (UHNWI) clients. The role involves leveraging an existing solid network within the GCC community to drive client acquisition and deliver bespoke wealth management solutions, supported by the bank's investment team. Key responsibilities include analyzing investment opportunities, providing expert advice on private placements, and ensuring rigorous compliance with regulatory frameworks. This position requires exceptional dedication, a proven track record of achieving ambitious revenue targets, and mandatory fluency in both Arabic and English, making it ideal for a highly specialized professional with deep Middle Eastern market expertise.

Required Skills

Education

University degree in Finance/Business required; Master’s Degree in Finance or related experience preferred. Professional certificates (e.g., CWMA) are an asset.

Experience

  • At least 10-15 years of solid experience in Private Banking and the Financial Industry covering the Middle East.
  • Proven successful track record in client acquisition and relationship building within the HNWI-UHNWI community.
  • Demonstrated research experience in growth markets.
  • Professional experience ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks and internal guidelines.
