Job Summary

This specialist role focuses on ensuring secure and seamless remote connectivity for Siemens Energy's operations, reporting to the Head of Edge & Analytics Solutions. Day-to-day, the professional will act as the primary point of contact for business teams regarding secure remote connection inquiries (cRSP), providing expert troubleshooting, and adapting existing router configurations to meet evolving security standards. Key responsibilities include configuring new remote connections using Cisco routers, assisting customers and internal teams in reestablishing access, and providing first-level support. The ideal candidate brings a degree in IT or Network Engineering, proven helpdesk experience, and extensive hands-on expertise with Cisco router configuration for cRSP applications.
