Job Summary

This role is seeking a dedicated Caretaker/Facility Manager to join the Albert-Schweitzer Children's Village in Hanau, a pedagogical youth welfare institution. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the properties and grounds across all associated locations. Daily tasks include executing various maintenance and repair work, managing groundskeeping, and handling the transport and transfer of donated furniture. Furthermore, the role involves taking on organizational and technical duties for events and participating in diverse trade work within the Technical Service department. Key requirements include completing a vocational trade qualification, possessing professional experience in this field, and demonstrating strong teamwork, flexibility, and physical resilience. A Class B driving license is mandatory for this full-time, permanent position.
