Job Summary

This full-time, permanent position as a Laboratory Technician is based in Neuburg a.d Donau, focusing on quality assurance within a dynamic, international dairy company. The primary responsibilities include active participation in microbiological and chemical laboratory work, performing sampling and testing strictly following the HACCP sampling plan, and meticulously documenting, recording, and evaluating all resulting data. You will also be responsible for monitoring testing equipment according to specified guidelines and ensuring strict compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations. A key aspect of the role is contributing to continuous improvement processes within your assigned area. Candidates must possess a completed vocational qualification, such as a Dairy Laboratory Technician or Agricultural Technical Assistant for Dairy and Food Analysis, coupled with strong quality awareness and professional experience in quality assurance and analytical methodology. The role requires fundamental knowledge of MS-Office and laboratory data systems, strong communication skills, and readiness for 3-shift and weekend work.
