Job Summary
This role involves managing and executing essential infrastructure projects focused on road maintenance and construction within the municipality of Pullach im Isartal. The successful candidate will be responsible for tendering and project management for new construction, expansion, and renovation measures related to roads, sidewalks, bicycle paths, and public squares. Key daily tasks include coordinating the municipal depot (Bauhof) for road and path upkeep, managing street lighting, and ensuring proper traffic signage. The position requires close cooperation with the mobility department to expand the bicycle network and coordination with municipal utilities (VBS and Geothermie Pullach). Ideal candidates must hold a degree in Civil Engineering (Deep/Underground Construction) or be a certified Civil Engineering Technician, possessing strong knowledge of VOB, HOAI, and public/private construction law, coupled with excellent communication skills and a proactive, self-managed work ethic.

Experience
- Professional experience in municipal road maintenance or with a road construction company is ideal
