Job Summary

This role seeks an ambitious Validation Engineer to drive complex development projects for leading technology clients. The core responsibilities involve translating customer needs into technical specifications and ensuring product compliance through rigorous validation processes. Day-to-day tasks include planning and executing detailed verification using statistical and methodical approaches, designing and building test setups, and conducting comprehensive system and component testing. A critical aspect is specifying, prioritizing, and validating hardware components, as well as diagnosing and identifying root causes for errors in firmware and software controls. The successful candidate will also organize and perform essential type and regulatory testing, including alpha and beta testing for new hardware products. Key qualifications include a completed technical degree, preferably in Electrical Engineering, coupled with professional experience utilizing methods such as FMEA, DOE, and CAN-FD communication, particularly in validating electronic assemblies.
