Job Summary

This role involves providing essential 1st and 2nd level support to customers, helping them resolve IT questions and technical issues efficiently. Day-to-day responsibilities include professional communication via phone, email, and ticketing systems, analyzing and resolving disruptions within complex IT systems, and offering specialized technical support for SAP applications within the scope of system administration. A key function of the role is contributing to the administration of Microsoft products, as well as Windows and Linux operating systems. Candidates should possess a completed vocational qualification, such as an IT Specialist for System Integration, coupled with practical experience in system administration and ideally SAP support.
