Job Summary

This role is ideal for an IT Support Specialist passionate about technology and infrastructure management. You will be crucial in ensuring smooth operations by maintaining and developing the company's IT infrastructure. Daily tasks involve the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware, software, IT workstations, and mobile devices. A significant part of the role focuses on 2nd-Level support, where you will analyze and resolve complex technical issues both remotely and on-site, serving as the primary contact for technical employee inquiries. You will also contribute to the operation and enhancement of IT security measures like Endpoint Protection and Firewalls, while actively documenting processes in the ticketing system. Key qualifications include formal training in System Integration or a degree in Computer Science, coupled with deep practical knowledge of Windows Server environments, Exchange Server, and Active Directory administration.
