Job Summary

This Business Intelligence Analyst role focuses on leveraging data to facilitate informed decision-making across the organization. The core responsibilities include the conception, development, and implementation of robust BI tools and the management of the existing BI landscape, identifying opportunities for expansion. Day-to-day tasks involve performing detailed data analyses, generating ad-hoc reports, and crucially, creating user-friendly, intuitive dashboards for easy consumption by various stakeholders. The analyst will engage in regular communication with different departments to ensure continuous improvement in report quality. Successful candidates must hold a degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Mathematics, Statistics, or Data Science, and ideally possess initial professional experience with established BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik for report and dashboard creation. Fluency in German and intermediate English skills are required for effective collaboration within the German market.
