Job Summary
This role seeks an engaged IT Support Specialist or Helpdesk Agent to deliver first-class support, focusing primarily on First Level Support within a Windows environment. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing the entire ticketing lifecycle—from creation and classification to tracking and maintenance. The agent will also be responsible for configuring Windows clients and Active Directory (AD), setting up new workstations, and performing hardware checks. Ideal candidates must possess a completed vocational training in IT Specialist for System Integration or significant professional experience in the relevant field, coupled with fundamental knowledge of the Windows ecosystem. While very good German language skills are required, experience with specific tools like Microsoft Teams, TeamViewer, and Microsoft Remote Access is highly desirable. This position offers an indefinite contract and strong opportunities for professional and personal development.
