Job Summary

This role focuses on providing essential technical service, maintenance, and support for complex technical systems and equipment. As a Service Technician, your daily responsibilities will include executing comprehensive maintenance and repair work on technical installations and devices, along with the installation and commissioning of new systems. A key aspect of the job involves identifying and diagnosing faults, analyzing their root causes, and implementing effective solutions to rectify defects. Furthermore, you will be responsible for consulting and training customers on the proper use and maintenance of their equipment, while meticulously documenting all performed service activities. The ideal candidate must possess a completed technical qualification in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or Mechatronics, complemented by professional experience in maintaining and repairing special-purpose machinery. Strong language skills in German and English are required for effective customer communication.
