This role involves taking overall responsibility for the planning, control, and execution of high-profile prestige property projects. The successful candidate will coordinate and lead interdisciplinary project teams, ensuring strict adherence to quality, cost, and schedule specifications. Key responsibilities include communication and alignment with clients, architects, and various stakeholders, as well as supervising construction execution within renovation and expansion projects. The ideal candidate possesses a degree in Facility Management, Civil Engineering, or Architecture, coupled with relevant professional experience in managing renovation projects and facilities. Strong leadership, communication skills, a high degree of responsibility, and fluency in German and very good English are essential for success in this demanding management position.
