Job Summary

This role is for a proactive Building Services Technician responsible for the comprehensive management of complex building infrastructure. Day-to-day duties involve the planning, installation, and maintenance of critical heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC), sanitary, and electrical systems. A core responsibility includes conducting regular fault diagnostics and repairs, alongside implementing measures focused on energy consumption optimization and savings. The technician will also be required to create and meticulously maintain technical documentation, plans, reports, and protocols for all maintenance and inspection activities, ensuring strict compliance with all relevant safety regulations and environmental requirements. The ideal candidate must possess an advanced technical qualification (Techniker) in Building Services or a comparable field, fundamental skills in standard CAD software, and proficiency in building safety and emergency techniques.
