This role involves overseeing and maintaining the technical systems and facilities of the 4-star Mercure Hotel München Airport Freising, ensuring smooth operations for guests and staff. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and resolving defects, performing various repairs including painting, and coordinating external service providers while adhering to legal regulations and safety rules. They will also collaborate closely with the Housekeeping and Reception departments, communicate with external service providers and authorities, and meticulously document all activities, maintenance, and safety checks. This position is ideal for a hands-on, versatile individual with a technical or craft background, offering an immediate start in a supportive team environment within a rapidly growing hotel group.
