Job Summary

This role seeks an ambitious System Engineer specializing in Electromagnetic Fields (EMF) to drive the technical development and compliance of complex systems. The core responsibilities involve comprehensive evaluation, detailed analysis, and creation of precise technical specifications related to EMF across all system levels, from overall systems down to individual components. You will systematically identify and integrate relevant customer requirements, international norms, and regulations into the development lifecycle. A key focus is designing and implementing innovative measures to optimize Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) and ensure complete regulatory compliance. Success in this position requires a degree in Communications Engineering or RF Technology, coupled with several years of professional experience in demanding EMC/EMF system projects. You will be expected to utilize tools like DOORS and MS Office, and ideally have experience with the V-Model. The position offers the chance to lead interdisciplinary design reviews and collaborate closely with diverse technical departments and external experts, requiring strong German and good English language skills.
