Job Summary

This role seeks an ambitious Electromobility Development Engineer to drive the next generation of automotive technology by working on exciting projects for leading OEMs and suppliers. Day-to-day responsibilities focus on the design and development of high-voltage components for electric and hybrid vehicles. This includes plausibility checks and evaluation of powertrain system requirements, deriving detailed component specifications considering factors like cost, weight, and quality. You will be responsible for system simulation, functional testing, evaluating results, and developing safety measures. A key aspect is acting as the interface between the client and the development team, coordinating activities with system suppliers. To succeed, you must hold a completed degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, or a related field, possess strong analytical thinking, and ideally bring professional experience in product development, particularly with electrical storage or drive systems.
