Job Summary

This Project Engineer role is crucial for ensuring the successful, timely realization of multidisciplinary railway infrastructure projects, with a specific focus on Electrical Power Systems. The engineer will manage projects from the execution planning phase through construction completion, working closely with Project Managers. Day-to-day tasks include serving as the primary contact for all internal and external project participants, monitoring feasibility studies, cost estimates, and service specifications, and managing contract execution. A key responsibility is the creation, updating, and monitoring of detailed project schedules. Candidates must possess a completed university degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a comparable field, coupled with initial professional experience in contract and change management. Excellent knowledge of 50 Hz electrical systems and strong German communication skills are mandatory.
