Job Summary

This role is ideal for an experienced Electrical Engineer specializing in the validation and testing of wind energy systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include the crucial planning and execution of Fault Ride Through (FRT) tests and grid stability tests on wind turbines, requiring the configuration of medium-voltage circuits and the setup of complex test systems. The engineer will also conduct precise Power Quality measurements, followed by detailed analysis, evaluation, and protocolling of all test results. A key part of the job involves implementing software updates and adjusting parameters on the wind energy systems. Success in this position requires a completed degree in Electrical Engineering, deep knowledge of FRT tests and international guidelines (like IEC 61400-21-1), and professional fluency in both German and English to facilitate interaction with international departments and suppliers.
