Job Summary

This role involves leading and coordinating the Electrical Maintenance department, overseeing the training of junior electricians and mechatronics technicians, and ensuring the seamless operation of complex production systems. Key responsibilities include planning and organizing all electrical maintenance tasks, performing preventive maintenance and repairs, and managing departmental resources, tools, and materials. The successful candidate will also be responsible for commissioning new production facilities, documenting modifications to electronic controls, and rigorously enforcing electrical safety standards and guidelines through employee training. This position requires a completed vocational qualification in electronics, electrical engineering, or mechatronics, ideally complemented by further training as a Technician or Master Craftsman. Strong technical understanding of electrical systems, control systems, and safety standards is essential, along with excellent communication and decision-making skills.
