This role involves acting as an Engineer, Specialist Planner, and Construction Manager focusing on Electrical Engineering within Technical Building Equipment (TBE) projects in the greater Cologne area. Day-to-day responsibilities include rigorous monitoring of construction progress, ensuring adherence to strict cost, deadline, and quality standards for all building projects. You will prepare and lead construction meetings, handle technical coordination requirements, and meticulously review measurements, invoices, and change orders related to electrical services. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Electrical Engineering or an equivalent qualification (such as a Technician or Master Craftsman) and brings several years of construction management experience specifically in electrical systems. Success requires strong communication, negotiation skills, and fluent German (C1).
