This role involves leading the FPGA and Embedded Software team, focusing on the technical development of customer-specific Embedded Vision applications for FPGAs. Day-to-day tasks include implementing product-specific software solutions for image and video processing, conducting requirements analysis, and conceptualizing systems for controlling and processing programmable logic (FPGA). You will be responsible for FPGA programming using the AMD/Xilinx platform (Vivado/Vitis) and hardware-near programming in C, C++, and Python. A key component of the role is estimating development effort for new requests and coordinating the professional development of your team members. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science and possesses multi-year professional experience in FPGA and Embedded Software development, along with fluent German and good English skills.
