This role involves developing and implementing advanced software solutions for high-tech digital printing machinery used for cylindrical packaging (cans, tubes, sleeves). The successful candidate will focus on optimizing the printing workflow by developing efficient algorithms and creating tools, potentially utilizing Computer Vision systems, to compensate for application-specific printing deviations. Key responsibilities include developing control software for digital printing systems, rigorous testing in the lab, and conducting worldwide commissioning and testing at customer sites. Qualifications require a degree in Technical Computer Science, Mechatronics, or Automation Technology, strong proficiency in C#, and experience with networking protocols.
