Job Summary

This role is ideal for an analytically minded Working Student seeking hands-on experience in the specialized field of Naval Shipbuilding logistics. Based in Bremen, you will join an interdisciplinary team responsible for ensuring the operational readiness of naval vessels. Day-to-day tasks involve determining ship failure probabilities using construction data, performing detailed maintenance analyses, and subsequently defining necessary tool and spare part requirements. A core function is reviewing maintenance data provided by system suppliers and accurately maintaining these records within databases. Furthermore, you will contribute to crucial process improvements, including the testing and implementation of new software solutions. Candidates must be enrolled in a relevant technical degree (such as Mechanical or Industrial Engineering) and possess initial experience with databases and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems like Teamcenter or Windchill. This position offers a unique chance to assume early responsibility and gain valuable exposure to logistical system optimization within a high-growth sector.

Valid enrollment in a technical university degree (e.g., Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Shipbuilding)

Experience

  • Additional technical training is advantageous
