Job Summary

This role involves managing road and civil engineering construction projects in the Neckar-Alb region, ensuring quality, adherence to deadlines, and economic efficiency through to final acceptance. The Construction Manager will be responsible for organizing construction sites according to contractual specifications, coordinating and monitoring work execution by both in-house specialists and subcontractors. A key aspect of the job is serving as the competent point of contact for clients and internal project stakeholders. The ideal candidate should possess a degree in Civil Engineering or have completed further training as a Construction Technician or Master Craftsman. While recent graduates are welcome, initial professional experience in project management is beneficial. This position requires strong leadership, entrepreneurial thinking, and excellent communication and assertiveness skills, offering the opportunity to create lasting infrastructure under your direction within a supportive team environment.
