Job Summary

This role is centered on the technical detailed planning and comprehensive execution of projects within switchgear and control cabinet construction. Based in Visbek, the Project Engineer will be responsible for the conceptualization and design of control cabinets and complex control systems, working within a facility recently upgraded with modern machinery and technology. Key day-to-day tasks include creating and revising CAE schematics, managing resource allocation, ordering necessary materials, and performing detailed quotation calculations. The engineer must ensure seamless coordination across all involved trades and generate thorough project-specific documentation. The ideal candidate holds an electrical engineering vocational qualification, preferably augmented by further education such as a Technician, Master, or Bachelor degree, and brings initial professional experience in planning and project management. Success requires a structured, independent work ethic and proficiency in CAE systems.
