Job Summary

This role is central to shaping the digital future of energy supply by leading the development of a Self-Service Business Intelligence (BI) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) platform for the E.ON network. The Product Owner will drive data empowerment by ensuring data analysis is intuitive, efficient, and secure for all user groups, and establishing a Single Source of Truth through a central KPI and Data-Product Repository. Day-to-day tasks involve translating requirements from Data Analytics and Reporting into actionable User Stories, collaborating with agile teams, and integrating Process Mining tools like Celonis and modern AI methods to identify and optimize process inefficiencies. Key qualifications include several years of experience as a Product Owner, ideally within Data Analytics or BI/AI environments, coupled with a university degree in a relevant field such as Data Science or Business Informatics. A deep understanding of agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik) is essential.
